My Sunday Reset Routine

Sundays have slowly become my favorite day of the week.

They're quiet. Slower. They remind me that I don't have to rush through life to enjoy it.

I usually start the morning without looking at my phone. I'll make something warm to drink, open the windows, and let the apartment breathe for a little while. Even if I don't have a long to-do list, I like spending a little time getting my space back in order. Fresh sheets, a tidy kitchen, and a candle instantly make everything feel calmer.

I'll usually do a long shower, put on a comfy outfit, and spend a little extra time on skincare. Nothing complicatedβ€”just enough to feel like I'm taking care of myself.

By the evening, I like planning the week ahead. Nothing too strict. Just a few goals and a reminder to leave room for rest.

Life feels better when I remember that not every day has to be productive. Sometimes the best thing you can do is slow down.
